With over 25 years of experience in education, Greg Oram founded Think Teachers to raise the standards of recruitment, safeguarding, and professional conduct across schools in Hertfordshire and North London.

A qualified teacher and former school leader, Greg’s background spans classroom teaching, governor leadership, and inspection support — experience that gives him a unique understanding of what schools truly need from their supply and staffing partners.

As Designated Safeguarding Lead, Greg oversees all safer recruitment, vetting, and training processes, ensuring every Think Teachers candidate meets the highest standards of professionalism and child protection.

Greg’s approach combines a deep commitment to pupil welfare with a practical understanding of school life. He believes that great recruitment isn’t about filling vacancies — it’s about sending the right people, with the right values, into the right schools.
